Football Info and Important Dates to Remember

Players will not be able to take the field unless all forms are turned in and registration is paid in full by August 1, 2010. Listed below are the dates you may turn in your missing forms at William's Field from 6pm - 8pm. Please remember we must have original Birth Certificates for conference level officials to certify. Your child's physical must be PERFORMED in 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS! Dr Hagan will be performing physicals at Williams field for $25 on May 19, 2010 from 5:30PM to7:30PM.

Football Package
The cost of the Football travel package is $30.00. It consists of a travel shirt, shorts and socks. This package is mandatory for all football participants. If needed additional items will be available for purchase.

Conditioning Camp (Speed Camp)
Conditioning is held July 5th - 30th, 2010 at Williams field. Conditioning camp is highly recommended for all LAFA participants. The cost of camp is $20 and it covers you for the entire month.

Registration Fees:
Fees for registration will be $150.00 for the first child, $75.00 for each sibling. $50.00 is refunded before the end of the season after 4 hours of volunteer work is completed.

Tiny-Mites, Age 5,6 & 7 and weight between 35-75 lbs

Mitey-Mite, Age 7,8 & 9 and weight between 45-90 lbs

Jr Pee Wee, Age 8,9 & 10 and weight between 60-105 lbs
Jr Pee Wee (older/lighter), Age 11 and weight between 60-85 lbs

Pee Wee, Age 9,10 & 11 and weight between 75-120 lbs
