Presides over the annual, monthly and any special meeting using ''Roberts Rule of Order". Makes all committee appointments, presides over all Executive Board meetings, is a member ex officio of all committees and performs all other duties usually pertaining to the office of the President. Shall attend all league monthly conference meetings to assure the conference will be in the best interest of the Association. Is responsible for the following officers and their job performance: Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, League representative and Parliamentarian
